Your profile photo and game progress are stored on your device alone, so you can remove them directly on the device.
Records submitted to the leaderboard (nickname and medal counts) remain on the server. These can only be removed by making the request described in Section 4 below.
1. If you want to delete only part of your data
You can change or remove these directly inside the App.
Profile photo — remove the photo on the profile screen, or replace it with another one
Nickname and avatar — edit them on the profile screen
2. If you want to delete all of your data
Use whichever method is convenient. Either one removes the stored information from your device completely.
Method A — uninstall the App
Press and hold the ZooZooPang icon on your home screen or in the app list.
Select [Uninstall] or [Delete app].
Method B — keep the App but clear its data (Android)
Open Settings on your device.
Under Apps (or Applications), find and select ZooZooPang.
Select Storage.
Tap Clear data.
Deleted progress cannot be recovered.
3. What gets deleted
Your nickname, the avatar you selected, and any profile photo you registered
Stage progress and the number of pieces you have collected
Life count and refill time, and daily check-in dates
4. Requesting deletion of a leaderboard record
The nickname and medal record submitted to the leaderboard remain on the server even after you delete the App. If you want them removed, please make a request as follows.
