ZooZooPang (the "App") complies with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, and establishes this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of its users.

Summary — your profile photo is never sent to any server, under any circumstances.

If you take part in the leaderboard, the nickname you choose, your medal counts and your stage number are stored on the server and shown to other users.

Google Sign-In is optional. If you do not sign in, your game progress is stored only on your device. If you do sign in, your progress is also saved to your account so that you can recover it after changing devices or reinstalling the App; in that case the email address and display name of your Google account are stored as authentication information.

The App offers rewarded ads that you choose to watch. When you do, the ad provider (Google AdMob) processes advertising identifiers.

1. Information the App stores on your device

The following items are kept on your device so that you can continue playing. (Items sent to the leaderboard are listed in Section 3; items saved to your account when you use Google Sign-In are listed in Section 3-1.)

The App does not collect names, dates of birth, contact details, national identification numbers or other unique identifiers, nor any payment information.
The App does not access your location, contacts, call logs or text messages.

2. About photo access permission

Registering a profile photo requires access to your device's photo library (gallery) or camera.

Permission is requested only when you attempt to register a photo. If you decline, every feature of the game remains fully usable.
The photo you select is kept in the App's internal storage and is never transmitted anywhere.
The App does not read any photo other than the one you select, and does not collect a list of your photos.

3. Information sent to the server for the leaderboard

The App provides a leaderboard on which users compare their medals. For this purpose the following items are stored on the server (Google Firebase) and are visible to other users.

Only the items in the table above are published on the leaderboard. Email addresses are never shown on the leaderboard.
Users who do not sign in are distinguished only by a randomly issued anonymous identifier.
Because you choose your own nickname, we recommend that you do not include information you would not want to be public.

3-1. Google Sign-In and progress backup (optional)

Keeping your progress outside your device requires Google Sign-In. Signing in is optional, and all content of the game is available without signing in.

If you do not sign in, your progress is stored only on your device and cannot be recovered if you delete the App or change devices.

Your profile photo is not sent to the server even when you are signed in. The photo remains on your device only, and must be registered again if you change devices.
Your email address and display name are used solely to identify your account. They are not shown to other users and are not passed to the ad provider.
Your progress can be read and written only by your own account; other users cannot access it.
Signing out disconnects the account from the device. If you want the stored progress deleted, please request it using the method in Section 7.

4. Processing entrusted to service providers

Operation of the leaderboard is entrusted as follows.

5. Advertising

The App uses rewarded ads only. A rewarded ad plays only when you press "watch an ad" yourself; the App never shows interstitial ads on its own and places no permanent banner on the screen. All content of the game is available without watching any ad.

For the ad provider's handling of personal information, please refer to Google's advertising policies.
You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized advertising under Settings > Privacy > Ads on your device.
The Operator does not separately collect any information that could identify you in connection with advertising, and the game records stored by the App are not passed to the ad provider.

6. Retention period and destruction

Information stored on your device is deleted when you delete it yourself or when you uninstall the App.
Nicknames and medal records submitted to the leaderboard are retained until you request their deletion, and are deleted without delay upon request.
Uninstalling the App does not remove your leaderboard record from the server. To have it removed, please contact us at the address below.

7. Your rights and how to exercise them

You can change or remove your nickname, avatar and profile photo at any time on the App's profile screen.
To erase all stored information at once, uninstall the App or clear the App's storage data in your device settings. See the Data Deletion guide for details.
To delete a record submitted to the leaderboard, write to pmsmelong@gmail.com and it will be handled without delay. Please include your nickname so that the record can be located.
Deletion of the account information and progress stored through Google Sign-In can be requested at the same address and will be handled without delay. Please include the email address used to sign in so that the account can be located.

8. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 14. The only items published on the leaderboard are the nickname you choose and your game records. Google Sign-In is optional; if you do not sign in, no account information, including your email address, is stored.

9. Security measures

All transmissions to the server are encrypted with HTTPS.
Security rules restrict the leaderboard so that each user can write only their own record; no user can modify or delete another user's record.
Data stored on your device is inaccessible to other apps under Android's per-app storage isolation.
The items sent to the server are limited to the minimum required for the leaderboard (nickname, medal counts, stage).
