These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Operator and users in relation to the use of ZooZooPang (the "App").
1. "App" means the mobile application that provides a memory puzzle in which matching picture cards are remembered and matched, together with stage progression and collection features.
2. "User" means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the App.
3. "Life" means an in-app value consumed to start a game and restored over time.
4. "Piece" means a collectible in-app value obtained by completing a stage.
5. "Medal" means the gold, silver or bronze grade awarded according to stage results.
6. "Leaderboard" means the feature that gathers and publishes users' nicknames and medal counts.
1. The Operator posts these Terms so that they can be viewed within the App or on this web page.
2. The Operator may amend these Terms to the extent that applicable laws are not violated, and will give prior notice specifying the effective date and the reason for the amendment.
3. A user who does not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the App and delete it.
1. The App provides the following features.
2. No fee is charged for the use of the App.
3. The App can be used without creating an account. Game progress is stored on the user's device, and only the nickname, medal counts and stage number required for the leaderboard are stored on the server. Only where the user chooses Google Sign-In is progress also saved to the account so that play can continue after changing devices.
1. The App does not require account registration. Devices are distinguished for leaderboard participation by a randomly issued anonymous identifier. A user who wishes to keep progress outside the device may choose Google Sign-In; all content of the game is available without signing in.
2. Progress, profile photos and similar data are stored only inside the user's device. As a result, progress cannot be recovered if the App is deleted or the device is reset or replaced. The Operator provides no separate backup or restoration facility and accepts no responsibility for progress lost in this way.
3. Nicknames and medal records submitted to the leaderboard remain on the server. Users who want them deleted may request this at the contact address.
1. The nickname chosen by the user, the medal counts and the stage number are published to other users on the leaderboard.
2. Users must not use expressions in their nickname that offend others or violate applicable laws, and the Operator may delete such records without prior notice.
3. Records manipulated by abnormal means may be deleted.
1. In-app values such as lives and pieces exist to support game progression, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or goods or transferred to another person.
2. The Operator may change the criteria for granting or deducting in-app values in order to adjust game balance, correct errors, or respond to abuse.
1. The Operator may modify or update all or part of the App's features as required for operational or technical reasons.
2. The Operator may discontinue provision of the App, and will endeavour to give prior notice of significant changes or of service termination.
3. The App may fail to operate correctly because of the user's device environment, operating system updates, changes to app store policies, and similar factors.
Users must not engage in the following conduct.
1. Modifying or reverse-engineering the App without authorisation, or manipulating in-app values by abnormal means
2. Interfering with the normal operation of the App
3. Reproducing or distributing the App's content (images, puzzle data and the like) without authorisation for commercial purposes
4. Using expressions in a nickname or elsewhere that offend others or violate applicable laws
5. Violating applicable laws or these Terms
1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App and the content it provides belong to the Operator or to the rightful owner.
2. Rights in a profile photo registered by a user belong to that user, and the photo is not transmitted outside the user's device.
1. The App provides rewarded ads. A rewarded ad plays only when the user chooses to watch it, and rewards such as lives, gems or items are granted on completion.
2. The App never shows interstitial ads on its own and places no permanent banner on the screen. All content of the App is available without watching any ad.
3. A daily cap on the number of ads watched is applied to prevent excessive exposure. The cap may be adjusted as operationally necessary.
4. Ads are provided by a third party (Google AdMob). The Operator accepts no responsibility for the content of ads or for the external sites and services they link to.
5. A reward may be granted even where an ad cannot be delivered normally; this is done so that users are not blocked from playing.
1. The App is provided for entertainment purposes, and the Operator does not warrant that it is fit for any particular purpose of the user.
2. The Operator accepts no responsibility for damage arising from causes beyond the Operator's control, such as force majeure, the user's device or network environment, or changes to operating system or app store policies.
3. Liability in connection with the use of this free App is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. These Terms are construed and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Where a dispute arises in connection with use of the App, the Operator and the user will endeavour in good faith to resolve it through discussion; failing agreement, jurisdiction is determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
